n00b Carter helmet build

just went at it with a wire brush. a mangled one that is, one with heaps of short bristles that make the huge gouges. The helmet was undercoated silver to achieve the look of steel under paint.

Helmet is looking great. Battle damage is well done. Never thought of using silver undercoat, awesome technique.

Thanks! Always good to get feedback. Technically my second build but i never finished the first. Was too small so i just scrapped it. My first build to completion. never made anything like this before so I am very happy with the result. All i need to do now is secure the padding and install the visor!!
