Could anyone help me/share a good neck seal for my halo reach cosplay. I'm having trouble finding/creating a tight neck seal.

Several members like SSGLordBert have 3D printed neck seals in flexible filament like TPU.
Others like marinesniper sculpted and then molded and cast neck seals in flexible rubber.
