according to the good folks at halopedia.org, its an M6C Socom variant. Essentially a modified version of the halo 2 pistol, it features a compensator on the front end that houses the silencer, laser, and hud integrated scope, a la the battle rifle or M6D. Very cool, and very exciting.

The new pistol is pretty cool. The zoom function is really useful. I'll be using this pistol often, unlike the Halo 3 pistol that I never picked up.

OH, and I wont forget that SMG.
