New to Pepakura

Hello, Im new to this forum, and I would like to ask about pep armor.
If I was to scale down the armor to the proper size, print it, assemble it, and fiberglass it, would it be smooth? I mean, ive never used fiberglass before, and I dont really know the ending products texture. If you sanded it down, would it get a smooth texture? Or is it always semi-rough?

If you fiberglass, sanding it down will give you a semi-smooth texture, but you'd need filler or putty to make it nice and silky smooth.

hope this helps, you should read the tutorials, put 3 coats of resin on the outside & fiber glass the inside, then sand down through the paper, to the fiber glass to smooth it out WEAR A AIR FILTER fiber glass particles can destroy your lungs.
