Ok, so, since it's summer and I don't have a girlfriend ( ), I've decided it would be fun to try making an ODST drop pod in 3ds Max 2009. I'm using the Halo 3: ODST version shown here:
And it's a terrible reference image for pretty much everything except the cover, which I've started on.
This is what I have so far:
Front:

Anyways, if someone happens to find reference shots of the side of the pod, that'd be really nice, because then i can see what the side actually looks like instead of bs'ing it.
Will keep you updated as I work on it.
Also, I know I'm a fail modeler, so any hints/constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.
