Event Description:
Year four of KeeslerCon returns as a comic-con style event for military members and their families in the surrounding region. The organizers have invited the 405th to attend and help welcome guests, interact with attendees, and add to the atmosphere of the convention.
This event is free for all attendees and typically brings together members of the military community and their families for a day of fandom, vendors, and activities.
The organizers have requested 2–3 costumed 405th members to walk the floor, greet guests, and participate in general interactions and photo opportunities throughout the event.
Prop Policies:
Non-functional props should pose no issue for base access or event entry. However, I advise being cautious with repair kits, ensuring that any oversized cutting tools are removed. While not a strict requirement, adhering to this suggestion can help prevent any unforeseen complications on the day of the event.
Amenities / Support:
• Secure changing room / staging area available
• Free entry for 405th members and handlers
• Food trucks and vendors available on site
• General convention amenities throughout the venue
