Event Description:
Our friends at JumperScape, in collaborations with The Answer Brewpub, have invited us to take part in a collaboration event to promote the launch of a brand-new beer. The day will feature a Halo tournament, all-day open play, and smaller activities that together create a mini-convention style experience.
The goal of our presence is to bring fully costumed 405th members onto the venue floor to interact with attendees, take photos, and help elevate the overall atmosphere of the event.
JumperScape is requesting at least 3 in attendance and intend to include amenities as listed below.
Amenities / Support:
• Secure changing room and staging area will be provided
• Free entry for 405th members and handlers
• Water will be provided
• Designated break times
• Possible food provided depending on venue availability
Added Note: As this event is being held at a brewpub, there are certain restrictions to be aware of around age and photography. Local age restrictions will be in effect as entrance to the venue is limited by state laws.
Members should also avoid being pictured in costume holding alcoholic beverages or in front of signs that could be interpreted as promotion of said alcoholic brand.
