Ok beautiful people, at 2000 on 21 Jun 2025, I have sent in and scored us a reservation at Trackside Pizza (Trackside Pizza). It's a super cool place and it's the same place we went to last year for the dinner, but it will be even more fun with as many of you guys there that we can! I got the reservation for 15 people but I would be more than happy to raise that number (please make me raise it)!!!!

Good Morning everyone, here is the info dump for summer con!

We are going to be in the centennial hall, booth N54!

Show hours:
Friday: 10am - 7pm
Saturday: 8am - 7pm
Sunday: 8:30am - 5pm

The centennial hall, as shown in our vendor map, is right inside the blue gate!

If you are attending the event, and want to help us out, we need volunteers!!!

There are three positions I need filled, most important of which being our dedicated cosplayers! If you will be there in armor, I strongly encourage you to sign up for a time slot to be at our photo booth!

Here is the info and sign up sheet for volunteering at the booth this weekend, as well as the weekends photo drive!

Here are the three positions available:

Cosplayer: This is your time to suit up, and show off your work in our photo op. You will need to be in costume during that time to man our photo op and take pictures with any attendees who visit our booth during your slot. There can be more than one person in armor at the booth during this time, and you can sign up for multiple times, I just need at least one person at all times to support.

Camera Operator: You are the face and manager of our photo-op section of the booth. You should be offering to take pictures for attendees, encouraging them to get in the photos, and be prop control for the photo op during this time. This will be something I only want one person assigned to at one time.

Table Talker: this is your opportunity to man our front table, and speak to guests about the 405th, cosplay, or all things halo. There should at least be one person at all times manning this position, but more are welcomed. This position should not be used as a break area.
