Yeah it's in Robo's progress thread, (as in his armor build thread) not in his models thread.

This page shows the finished model and a link to the file a few posts below.

Thanks, nicktendo!
Maybe I can finally get started now...
EDIT:
Alright.
When I scale it, the parts will no longer fit the layout they were originally in.
So it doesn't matter what unfold I get because I have to change it either way.
Right?

Hey guys,

I measured my head at the widest place and I have a whopping 24 inch cranium.

The widest point of my head is 9". Using FS's MKVI Helmet Pep I up'd the scale to nearly .40 to get the 9" strut.

Surely my head isnt THAT massive. With that scale the assembled height would be 16 INCHES!

I'm in the same boat. I scaled to make an 8 inch strut on the FS mark 6 helmet and somehow ended up with a GIANT helmet. This can't be right. Does anyone have any suggestions?

One of the easiest things to do is to make one of the simple helmets to get the scale correct. Then just check what the height in cm is (scale doesnt matter at this point since it changes with each different Pep model) and put that into the high def. model that you want to build. That should help to get the correct size.

My problem for scaling the helmet was that my head has a circumference of about 25 inches. Once I made a few of the lower definition helemts to make sure the scale was correct, i transfered the height to the high def. helmet that I am making and it has worked well so far.
