Pep weapon help

Long time lurker, 1st time poster

Im curious if anyone has written a guide or build of any halo weapons using pep, and if so what they did to strengthen them, and finishing techniques they used.

I've cut out my odst smg and am currently cutting out the pistol, but I don't know what my next steps are?

There are some that cut a small opening and pour in resin, or rondo. And then Bondo the outside. Others make weapons from MDF, EVA foam.
