Pepakura Questions

i have some questions about pepakura that i have been trying to find out:

1. wat does a velley fold and mountain fold look like? (pics?)

2. what does cardstock look like and wat type should i get?

3. how do i change the scale factor in Pepakura Designer?

4. i am 5'3" and a hat size 7 5/8, wat scale should my helmet to be? (i am asking this because i have an abnormally sized head)

1. Valley fold looks like this v... Mountain fold looks like this ^

2. Cardstock looks like paper... Cuz it is... Use what ever you want... I used 110lb

3. Change the scale factor by going to... Ok, Just look here...

4. I have no Idea for you...

Check in the scaling tutorial and see if anyone who has made armor is about 5'5" and put their scale... use that one if they did...

well i have a size 8 head and i use the this scale and it fit perfectly and im 5'9

more questions!

i got the bulk of my cutting done (8 pieces left, took me 2 hours)

and want to prep my mind with some questions:

1. about how long does it take to glue and fold everything together?

2. what number should i begin with? (someone said start at the chin for more structure?)

3. any tips or advise when putting it together? (i am using low-temp hot glue)
