Where do i resize the blue prints on the viewer if that is possible?

use designer and its in the 2d menu, "change scale".

First off, you need the free download of designer (no need to buy the activation password), not viewer.

Second, there are loads of tutorials on this subject of rescaling and sizing pep armor.
