Bravo¡ i love your results too, all the armor and the helmet looks awasome, i want to see the internal process oh the helmet, again, i love your workBig update. All paint is done mostly. I know I could sand some things a little better but I’m happy with my results on my first big build. I’m just waiting on my heat gun and foam to start the tech suit, and the visor/padding to complete the helmet.
I also have tension clamps to hold the torso together while I’m wearing it.

So hopefully I will be significantly reducing my time to print and glue everything. And start working on lights for the helmet and a tech suit. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

For my Chief counting failures ( there were more than I would like to admit I have only been 3d printing since Jan) and and tests I probably used around 10 rolls. On my sons I have used 2 so far when it’s done I’ll probably have used 4How much filament did you use?
