Well, it's a good-looking Space Diaper, at any rate, lol.

Once you resin/fiberglass it (are you going to bondo it, as well?), with a light sanding you should be able to nicely round out all of those edges, and get rid of that unsightly geometric appearance.

Apply some additional details, like raised panelling, and it'll look totally kick-@$$... heh :D

Good good... that'll help to further strengthen your armour, plus make it easier for detailing :)

And about "Rainbow Six: Vegas 2", that's awesome! Saves you a few bucks in the long run, lol. I can imagine you'll have lots of fun trying it out, girl! :D

It's fun, if only my camera would stop acting stupid so I can custom create my character, lol.

Well now, that's unfortunate... :p lol

Of course, I don't have XBL (never have; sad, I know), so I'm not quite sure what using your camera has to do with custom-creating your character...

*whisper* Looks like we're getting off-topic again, lol *whisper*

lol, Oops, well, to explain, you can use the xbl camera to take pictures of your face, and it puts your face on your character.

That's awesome!

I had no idea you could do that. There's obviously a helluva lot of kewl things one can do with that setup. I've so got to get XBL... damn... lol

That would be awesome, girl! :D

If you're able to get that much more of the armour done later today, you'll definately have it all done well in advance of that convention in May

So, how's the weather down there? Is it getting warm enough to allow you to start resining/fiberglassing now? o_O

Btw, are you going to be working on the helmet details anytime soon, or do you first want to get the rest of the armour pieces done up before any detailing? Just asking because, those templates are ready when you are... :)

The weather is getting warm enough to start glassing, unfortunatly, there will be no progress until my hands heal! Damn cookies, damn cookie sheet, damn oven!! I got 2nd and 3rd degree burns on both hands Saturday. :(

What?! ;)

Aw, damn... I'm so sorry to hear that, girl. How long will it be until your hands are sufficiently healed? o_O

Bugger... well, I hope the pain isn't too bad, and that you'll be able to get back to your armour soon enough. I know how much you'd like to have that ready for May. Get better soon, girl...

Woah? 3drgree burns on you hands from making cookies? Woah!
Yeah, I was taking the cookiesheet out of the oven, and in my oven you have to lift the sheet a bit to get it out. I was using pot holders not oven mitts (big mistake), and when I lifted the sheet a bit, both of my hands hit the rack above, AND STUCK!! It hurt REALLY bad! Next time, I will use oven mitts, lol.

Ow, ow, ow... that's gotta smart... yeah, I'd definately agree you use oven mits the next time... :p
Yeah, it hurt A LOT!!! At least I can still kinda work though, even though I use my hands a lot.

Well, it's good to know this won't affect your regular daily activities too much, just tasks like your armour making, which clearly require very fine skills to do, which you obviously wouldn't be able to do with your hands being as they are...
