Well here is a lil update on the progress......

Looking good so far...

PS... you know those rough molds you make and that huge block of silicone used for the toe mold. You can take your old silicone molds and chop them up into little pieces... and use them as filler in your block molds. Re-use some of that old silicone. Just a money saving technique.

Yes sir we used filler. I did learn not to use filler on helmets...lol. ONly use them on box molds.

ive had one problem with your recon helmet and there are far too many lines on the cheek part of that helmet but its a good mold none the less

You know what I love about the Recon? It fit my fat head, unlike the 'Busa which is mocking me as I type... I can hear it in the other room...
