Red Zealot / Red Donut RvB for RTX2016

Hello everyone!
I'm new and I'm looking to build a cosplay of the Red Zealot/ Red Donut from Red vs Blue.
I've had some workshop experience and I'm looking to make the majority of the suit out of vacuum formed plastic.
"Wait!" I hear you cry. "EVA foam is much easier to work with and you'll overheat in plastic."
I have considered this route and I've determined I don't care for the finish most EVA projects have. Besides, I'm looking for a good avenue into vacuum forming.
To deal with the heat I'm planning to build an internal cooling system similar to the one Adam Savage built for his 2001: A Space Odyssey costume at Comic Con this year.
Does anyone know where I can download a 3d model of the Mark V suit to work off of? Any tips or tricks?

Hello. I found MK VI .OBJ files here in the file archive: http://www.405th.com/file-archive.php?do=download&downloadid=598 I can't seem to find MK V .OBJ files though. The red zealot was seen in both the MK V and MK VI armor, so if anything you could make the MK VI work if all else fails. And as for the plastic or foam debacle, I've seen suits made from both, so it really is just personal choice on which method you want to use.
