how can i scale my head to fit inside of a helmet

Scaling a helmet is one of the trickier things to do. Programs like armorsmith will be a large help for this. The other method is to measure your head circumference and print scaling rings (if printing) or start with the bottom of the helmet using the pepakura/foam method.
