I have not printed out the shins, boot armor, cod/butt, and kidney/lower back plate.
Plus I'm sure as time goes on I would love to eventually upgrade to some HD pieces eventually for all the armor.
And I'm still sanding these pieces. I have decided to to go ahead and leave a good chunk of the nicks and grooves from the bondo as detail and weathering on the armor. I figure, these guys have been in the canyon for like a year at this point, and Caboose would not know how to properly maintain his armor
I might even leave some random black patches from the "teleporter incident."
I really appreciate it, that's awesome of you. I, unfortunately, don't really know how to unfold the pieces. I mean, I can click the unfold bottom in pep, and it unfolds it, but I don't know how to break it up onto separate pages and such, kind of a noob when it comes to that
*EDIT*
Wait, okay, I found the join/disjoin faces option on the 2DPatternWindow tab. Giving it a shot now, should have an assembled gut plate shortly.
well here it is unfolded i dont know for scale so just try with it but they should be the same scale as sigmas models i think unfolded gutplate dont cut the solid black lines and the support fold is a valley fold
So, in case you were wondering, Physical Chemistry, Bio Chemistry of Marcomolecules, Analytical Toxicology, and Honor's Humanities and Honor's Thesis projects do not leave a whole lot of time for armor making, but I find time here and there.
That is actually the best weathering job i've ever seen on a Mark V. Jaw dropping. In some aspects you made that look way better than the mark VI armour. Can't wait to see it finished mate.
Okay, I just love the expression on the woman's face on the TV
Shoulder straps connecting chest to back will be padded out a little to raise up the chest and have it site a little further back on my shoulder to give more room for the AB plate
Yeah, that's my $15 AR. It's okay though, I'm going to have crayons sticking out the barrel and out the ejection slot, since we found out in season 3 that Caboose's gun is loaded with crayons.
Sure, here ya go, sculpted by my brother out of foam and then molded and cast in resin:
Double post, but it's my thread and I finished all the painting and strapping assembly tonight (except for the handplates) and took the armor out for a stroll to see how everything was fitting and what needs to be tightened up.
I do have a neck seal and better gloves....just not with me.
