What I did for mine was print out the 2 pieces that make up the sole of the boot.
I just put my foot down on the pattern to see if it gave me enough room. If it didn't, I just printed another real quick

(I only wear 7.5 hehe)

On mine, I cut the sole into 2 pieces with the join disjoin face tool, it made connecting the two pieces much easier.

Good idea but instead of putting your foot down i would put your shoe down or the shoe you want to use so its more comfortable than plain feet

Yea, also you may have to split it up in the Pep program depending on if your scale makes the pieces larger than an 8.5 x 11 page.

i were 13 1/2 shoes and i dont think chief foots that big so how do i make a boot that size.

i wear size 14s all you need to do is scale thm right use paper and just do trials and youll see what size fits you and once you find the right siz make it in card stock try this size in the scaleing option 26.461045.i have size 14s and that worked for me so myby itll work for you. lol and at seven feet tall ill bet master chief has size 13 or bigger

Is it abnormal that the original spartan sized helmet actually fit my head, and even though I forgot to scale it, it fit?

mayb zaso but i got a small head so i dont know if you head is big or what cuz i dont know how big spartans heads are
