There aren't really "instructions" per se, just stick the paper on cardboard/foamboard (foamcore, it's the same thing) then cut it out, then glue together, then fiberglass, rondo, detail, paint, etc

My Norton 360 keeps reporting you 4share file (see above) is a malware carrier.
Maybe it's the file extension you are using. It shows as a long series of random numbers
and letter.
Can you post it on 4share with just a shorter extension?
