Sliced M6G Magnum & Plasma Pistol

Heres my first try at sliced weapon

Well, here is a update on the mag. I guess I still need to go back over it, and sand some more which is no big deal. I mit try doing this in foam to see how it turns out. Less sanding I hope

Not bad sir, not bad at all. I like how you did the details on the plasma pistol, I don't think I've seen of those finished. The reach magnum turned out pretty good as well. And is that a sliced battle rifle, or DMR I spy on the side?

Also, when it comes to sanding, I have a thought. It looks like on the magnum, you have some spots where the resin ran and pooled along some of the details. If you work with a few thin coats of resin, the chances of this aren't as great. I know it's kinda tricky, because I had some of those same problems when I first started, and those spots aren't easy to sand at all. Just a little thought for the future.

Tks, for the info. Yep! the resin pooled on me, and yes I have a sliced DMR, Battle rifle, plasma pistol, plasma rifle, beam rifle, spartan laser, and a sliced spike rifle in the works. Got to much time on my hands I guess.
