using the official scaling thread I am pepping the rest of the armor that Stilgarhammer provided, all at the scale for a 41" 4yr old boy, have the chest front pep done and will be posting pics soon, I am not really worried about doing bondo shaping as this is for a 4yr old and only for halloween this year, have the Helmet 80% done using green plastic from a 2ltr 7up bottle for the visor, I know its supposed to be darker but it is for night use and its seems dark enough for now...

Very nice work so far, amazing that you were able to use a 2 liter bottle for the visor part. I do have better chest/back pieces, but I'm getting ready to take a week long trip when I get back I'll finish unfolding them and have them on the Wikia.

thanks, after this build I will focus on my older sons mk VI build, the bottle is pretty good, the first attempt I tried to shape it better with a heat gun but that did not work well evan on low, think i got to close to it, thanks for the kind words and I look forward to your other files
