Stormtrooper Sizing

Hey so i just stared a build and i don't know how to size the armor pieces so they fit my body so if anyone can help that would be great i added the files of the build under Star Wars>Force Awakens>Stormtrooper not the snow trooper

I think theres a thread on sizing pepakura somewhere but it is for sizing halo armor but Im sure you can apply the same principles to the stormtrooper armor.

Also Xtreme Tactic's Method 1 sizing would work well too since there are many great pictures of the full suit you can print out as your scale model.
