Well since were waiting what about making you own shoulder patch for the open shoulder slot or whatever?Like when you make a spartan in halo 2 you can get ur own patch thing? Identification for the armors or w/e?

I think thats a bad idea, i meant youth as one whole group because if it's a youth per state then we only have like one person there :/. It should be as a whole country
