Those $80 motorcycle things at Walmart...Ghost?

Has anyone tried to make a ghost out of one of those motorcycle things? They're in the bike section, and you sit about a foot off the ground. They look like they'd make a good ghost to me.If you don't know what I'm talking about tell me and I'll try to find a pic.

well, you could build and mount a body, and still use the same handle bars
