Can anyone help ? I have no idea how to tint a visor.ANd I don't feel like buying one. I'm on a really low budget so if you can help me please do.

Or simply Automotive shops

on my my carboard suit i have window tint its like 6 iinches tall, big enough to cover face i got at napa auto parts store, they had silver mirrored but no gold.

Your safest bet is to buy a gold visor, "tinting" a visor will be hard and will not hold up as well. You also have to think that it might "bubble".
