Final Thoughts: "This year is Halo themed with us bringing in Steve Downes, Jen Taylor and Tim Dadabo so it would be perfect to have you all included in our event!" The event runners are giving us creative freedom for this event to truly make it a Halo experience, similar to what they have done with the 501st. We will be the premiere experience for this event; and have proposed things like "Spartan 2v2/4v4", fireteams wandering the convention center, scheduled photoshoot times with the Halo voice actors, and more.

We have three marquee moments happening during this event:

- A line up of all our cosplayers during door open on Saturday.

- A parade through the con with our flag poles throughout the event.

- Staged general public photoshoot times at the TORG Halo-themed graphic.

We are locking in times now for these moments and will update during the week.

Special Note: The event runner has specially requested Master Chief cosplayers for this event to be utilized for photoshoots with the voice actors. marinesniper as well as NobleofDeath16 who now possess' Master Colt's Halo 3 Chief would qualify for this opportunity, as well as MrJamin .

Booth Space: We have been given a 70x50 space; here is the layout we have designed with Extra Life broadcast in mind.

Storage space will be provided to us in a secure room, separate from our booth.

We will be dedicating folks to the Halo LAN section as well to play against attendees in armor, and more. We will also be establishing photoshoot slots around the floor to keep people throughout the show promoting the 405th/Halo and relationships with us.

All 405th have VIP lounge access.

Hotel Reservations: A discounted rate has been approved for the connecting hotel, and another hotel 14 minutes away by car. Please see hotel links above for group rates.

Badge Purchase: Passes for our group are now capped. Any further attendance outside our sheet will require purchases of badges.

Dinner Plans: We are exploring options for a 405th Breakfast/Lunch due to potential developments for Saturday involving Extra Life.

Panels: Meet the 405th and Armor 101 will be panels for this event. Each panel will be run live for Extra Life with four panelist each, and a QA will be run with both attendees and questions from our chat for Armor 101.
