What's the best way to make the lines on the visor without doing the double visor?

You could do what link does and use vinyl

Though I do like the double visor better.


I wonder if it would be possible to draw the pattern on the visor with a grease pencil and a template, then score the pattern in it with a dremel...

SlideShow was made a month ago or so and the helmet was made months ago

Couldn't you just carve in the designs? then fill it in with something dark? I haven't made my helmet yet but, it might work.
