1st Build Visor installation?

My helmet is 3d printed & my visor is vacuum formed. I can't find any resources relevant to these mediums and how to install/attach the visor

I did look in the tutorial index but again it wasn't something I'd be able to do (drilling & screwing)

Many including myself use hot glue. Important to not use too high of a temp or avoid excess hot glue buildup, otherwise you can risk melting / deforming that portion of the visor.

I recommend fitting it without glue first and make sure you have a plan in mind before commiting. Good luck!

Yes, as Parzival has mentioned- typically hot gluing the visor in works just got to be careful with it. I intend on doing vacuum forming for my visors once I get through some. How do you have your rig set up for it? Did you make your own box and if so got directions? I just have trouble finding set directions and dimensions for making one.

Hot glue is a solid way to go! I usually use it for my helmets

If you want to make the visor removable, I've had success installing Chicago screws along the edges of the visor inside the helmet. Best of luck whichever way you go
