Webbernet providers

What webbernet providers does everyone use? -Because I am in search of a new group. I'm currently paying $120 a month for pretty shoddy signals. The only time I'm almost guranteed a lag-free game is at 2am when everyone else is asleep (not just in the house, the block).

Comcast cable internet.... costs about the same and I hate them.
