What do i do after assembling my pep armor?

So after i print out and assemble my Pepakura armor,what do i do?
I need some very detailed step by step help,and the tutorials just get me confused,as i don't know what resin is,and how fiberglass works,and what i'm supposed to do with 'em.

Go to the pepakura portion.. There is a whole sticky on resin and fiberglass..

I don't quite know under which name to look for it here in holland though.

Resin your armor outside
Resin inside
F. Cloth inside
Resin Inside

Detail with clay/bondo/apoxie sculpt
(Optional)Make molds.
Paint

Run everywhere and don't forgot to tell every1 www.405th.com

thanks for the help.am i also supposed to f.cloth the outside?
Also,i'm not sure which paper is best for pepakura,is Photopaper good?
