Just wondering what type of printers you all use cause mine Brother HL-110 has this orange light when I try to print.

You may have to be more specific - then again, the light may be a printer fault. Are you able to print non-Pepakura documents?

im using 200gsm paper and it is jamming in the printer, i can however print a4 sheets of paper, do you reckon i should just use normal glue and glue a4 paper pieces onto 200gsm paper?
