Type WETA ODST in the search bar near the top of this page and you'll find them.

You can find it on Halo Wiki as well, just type it in google.

A lot of the files are down on the Halo Costuming Wiki. Someone should notify them. A lot of the Halo 3: ODST files don't work when you try to download them.
