i found out that by reinforcing the pep with an extra layer of card stock before using smoothcast, you can make the resined product much much more strong. you can see it in the picture if you look. heres a picture of it. i just slush casted one coat and painted a coat on the outside.

its hard enough to throw against a wall or drop it without it breaking.
