Why is this scale messed up?

Ok... I used the same scale for the forearm that I did the helm... It's too big? What's wrong with it?

I used this scale:
25.04979

I did the same thing, I used the same scale for the entire suit of armor, and the forearms were the only thing that ended up too big. But not by much.

What kinda scale would you suggest I use? Maybe try using my own scale or I'll just guess and stuff...

its pretty much trial and error, too big, lower the scale, too small raise the scale
