the halo Mark IV armor shoulders from the wiki need to be scaled to my size as well? im assuming so, but not toally sure. the helmet scale is something like " 199.44909 " and the shoulders are like " 6.130174 " im an even 6ft (72 inches) so are these models based of master chiefs height? (7ft) any help would be appreciated

The Mark IV needs to be scaled to your own height. It's based on a spartan from Halo Wars, which is the same size as master chief. Unless you meant Mark VI then you can disregard the previous statement.
