Hello everyone!! Ive been busy with school and building aarmor.

I went ahead and made two more tester helmets because i wasnt happy with the size.
The default size is 262 cm but my final helmet is 257, which is actually a big size difference :p

I assembled the helmet in two-ish days and resined it yesterday. Today I used Rondo for the first time :D It was easier and funner than I thought. :3
Anyways heres some pics of my progress:

Although it's crooked, it looks great. Looks like he has a grimace.
Shouldn't be too difficult to fix though once you cut the faceplate off (if you're planning to cut the faceplate off).

Also, the best way to cut it is with a dremel.

Thanks JayOneSevan :)

Yes Dorvack

Hey awesome people!! I'm very sorry for not posting more offen. I've been really busy trying to get done before halloween. I did skimp on some details, but it was necessary to complete the suit. So I fiberglassed two layers on the helmet and continued coating the armor with glue. Then, I bondoed the outside of the helmet and got it as smooth as I could with one layer of bondo. I'm satisfied because I've never worked so hard on a armor peice and completed it :) I then painted it and, well, Ill just show some pictures :)

I tried my best to get progress picture but, I offen forgot :p

This is the dremel tool I used to cut the helmet peices:

Looking great overall. Nice seeing it all come together.

Out of interest what sizes were the bicep sections you have?
