Really not sure where to go with this

Trying to figure out if I can change a pdo file to OBJ? I have an Elegoo printer and so.. it doesn't exactly work with it. Unless, these files are specifically meant for pepakura??

PDO files are paper/foam unfolds and meant to work with pepakura.
I'd advise against trying to 3d print them as the mesh will be paper thin and very low poly.
