Halogoddess' scaling tutorial is great if your still having issues. Looks great though from what I can see. Also I agree little odst with momma spartan would be adorable.
Awesome job on the build, keep up the great work.! I read that you live around Birmingham. Check out the southern regiment here. Our fb is in my signature.

Feel free to check this out: http://www.405th.com/showthread.php...pplies-Tools-and-Methods-Used-for-Foam-Builds
It's basically anything and everything foam.
I did my best to compile everything I could.
Is it everything? No. It could use more information, but hopefully it should provide a lot. If nothing else, there are a lot of links at the bottom which will guide you to various foam builds by other members here.
We've seen some phenomenal builds by some of the female members in the past; I'm hoping that once again that will happen and you'll make all the guys look bad.
Hint: You totally have to make an undersuit!!!
If your nervous just remember the slower you go the better the finished product will be. I used a drimel to cut my visor and just went at next to slowest speed so it wouldn't get away from me and cut a part I didnt want it to
Third try at vacuum form think this might pass ok for visor...need to dye it and cut hexagonal template so still wip. may have another couple of tries just in case i mess this one up.
Well still working away think i am almost happy with lower legs and knees boots still to do. Going to re do ( cod piece ) and butt piece to do ....details seem never ending
Helmet update: almost happy with paint job and visor need to pad the inside and add lights.
Spent all day doing plasidip on armor parts so will be painting up this week all being well....and have found time to start my mini Rookie for my son. Been all go, please excuse phone pics
