First link, all image links are broken...? Second link is where I pulled the files from, but some of them (for instance, the thigh and chest) haven't been unfolded yet. At least, the latest files that were added to the OP are still .3ds files.

Alright, here's the finished thigh piece (paper) : Sorry for the grainy but it's too late for me to care to get proper shots of it. These are gonna require some post work, but it should be good enough to use (fit is really good as well).

No, they aren't all the same scale...more so, the helmet was done separately from the rest of the body pieces, and the scale in Pep does not match. And I have no problem scaling, I was just asking if these were scaled to the in-game Elite sizes...kind of like how the original Halo 2 files...

That's the exact same file I made my helmet from...just put some effort into it and you'll be fine (no one said this would be easy). Everything you need to know to build this helmet is on the first page...take an inch off the piece that connects the "ear" to the actual helmet...make your own...
