So I have two ender 3's and I print on .28 mm. I actually haven't changed any of the settings because I'm fairly new to printing.
But the wall thickness is .8 mm and the infil is 20%. Its rather sturdy enough I think for normal use
Oh man I think I'm up to my 9th roll. As far as time wise not really sure. Some pieces are 30 hours and the faster was around 10 hours. So its definitely a slow process

Thank you both for your guy's help. I think I'm just gonna stuff the hell out of it lol not really but I'll put like the giant foam in it. The super soft stuff just so it doesn't move around as much.
So I'm in the process of making halo 3 mark VI armor. The forearm piece is really huge in the back but in the front where my hand/wrist would fit is too small. I don't k ow how to scale certain parts of the armor. Please help.
Ok so I just went out and bought Eva foam. I've never used it so any tips would be greatly appreciated. I've used pepakura so I have the pep files for my armour build. Can I use a pep file or do I need a while new one for foam?
Thanks to all of you guys and your opinions. I currently have half of the chiefs suit made from paper. I just get bored too fast and when i put it down, it becomes warped and folded up. I figured the foam would stay in shape forever basically.
thanks for responding. I actually have started with pepakura. I have half of the Master Chief's armor made. I just wondered what would be easier. Plus i dont want to go through with the resin and bondo
