It cant be in black as it is because im using carbon fiber cloth and kevlar to coat it instead of fiberglass. I'm then going to paint it but if i paint it black i think most of the weathering wont show up, and it wont be quite as defined as a MC helmet as if it were green. but other than that...

yes, it is elmers foam core board. My dad had a bunch of kevlar and carbon fiber cloth so we are going to use that instead of fiberglass, and istead of bondo we are going to mix to glass microbeads into some sort of epoxy to make a light, sandable alternative to bondo =D
