If someone were to take a pic of sean holding the sword, edit out the body then blur the area a bit, it would look pretty darn spiffy.

what thickness plexiglass did you use? Also, what did you use to cut the plexiglass w/o it breaking or cracking?

Two layers of 1/8" plexi, sandwiched together.

I had these cut, but will be doing the next ones myself on a scroll saw.

Ok, cause when we tried to cut plexi glass for a robot we had trouble with it always cracking. Be carefully if it breaks, that stuff is sharp.
