  • I'm not as lucky as you think. My little brother is hogging the computer, meaning no Halo PC or unfolding until he decides to get off. Plus there's nothing on TV but football, which I personally hate (no offense if you like it.) I suppose I'll head over to Halopedia to do some editing, but that's really frustrating to do with the PSP.
Man, not much is going on at Ace Combat Fanon. And I'm pretty much snowed in here, so I've got a lot of free time and not much to do with it.
    Thanks.
BTW, my gamercard is on my Halopedia profile, but I can't figure out how to link my XBL account to my Bungie.net account.
Yup, it's Ch1ck3nFr1kas33. And I got chewed out in the car.
And your parents were right, a divorce is very expensive. My family is being sucked dry financially (Hence why I haven't started on my Mk. IV suit)
Anyway, It's my birthday :D *grunt walks in; head explodes in a burst of confetti and the cheers of small children are heard*
Would you please send me a drawing with marks where I will do changes you meant?
And, please, please, start send me PM's, not visitor messages, if possible, ok? =)
That was the worst car ride of my life. My mom does NOT like consoles. That's part of the reason I've had to use my friends Xbox for oh-so-long. This divorce is beyond sucky.
    Oh Okay...
My dad had a surprise for when we got to his apartment a few minutes ago. Guess what it was?
    *drumroll*
An 250GB Xbox 360 Slim with kinect and XBL!
He doesn't have Reach, but since my birthday is on Saturday, I'll bet he's saving it until then.
Grand theft auto left the wikia. Their entire staff was perma-banned.
My wiki needs some help before this becomes an all-out wiki war. I bet some people here would be willing to help. Could you start a thread? I'll talk to one of the head admins of Ace Fanon to discuss our options.
Btw, my dad took me to Best Buy yesterday to show me the Kinect. It's cool; he says he's planning to buy us our own Xbox with the Kinect for Christmas.
Odd note: Strangely, the whole thing was set up on top of a bunch of Halo: Reach Lengendary Edition boxes.
Sure I'll try, it's been a while since I unfolded anything, I've been itching to do it again. And what do you mean they hacked it, that's the new layout that's causing this crap!
Take a look at my wikis main page: http://.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page The new layout has a lot more ads than the old one, in order to generate more ad revenue for the wikia. However, users complain that it takes up to much space, cramming the page content into a smaller space, making it feel cramped. Plus, the ads suck up memory, reducing the amount of content that pages can hold. Members with older computers or certain browsers have great difficulty accessing wikis, some unable to do so altogether. Users reported the issue to the staff, but they refuse to do anything about it, making these ridiculous excuses claiming that the layout isn't the issue, and even saying that the ney skin takes less memory, when that clearly isn't true.
    It's a positively abysmal situation.
    PS- Here's Halopedia's new domain.
    http://www.halopedian.com/
Plus, petitions have already been signed, the staff won't pay any attention to them. World of Warcraft Wiki's administration got demoted for organizing an "anti-wikia alliance", encouraging wikis to protest the new skin by leaving the site. Over a hundred wikis have left or are planning to move to new domains.
I personally have no problem with new skin, I'll admit I've grown very fond of it, as it is customizable, and all of the features I frequently use are in relatively the same place But I can't stand the fact that the staff is ignoring their community in favor of personal profit.
I will submit this in several parts.
Wikis can't be deleted, so they're keeping their Wikia domain open, however it's becoming a melting pot of vandalism, poorly written fanfics, an general noobishness.
    I'm freaking out!
The Wikia staff have created a new skin for the wikis, and made it mandatory. However, everyone hates it, but the staff just doesn't seem to give a crap! So, the community is rebelling. Many wikis are moving domains, in hopes of either running Wikia out of business or convincing the staff to return Monaco, the old skin, as an option. Halopedia has already moved, and Halo Fanon may soon folllow suit. My wiki is small and unstable, moving our domain could very well cost us dearly.
It's Wikiapocalypse! WTF do I do?

    Help!
