I'm finished with this helmet, as far as body work and paint. I'm consider lights, but I'll be re-making another one. This one became a little warped in the back, and I didn't want to go through the effort of fixing it. I did what I could. Let me know what you think. I'm still working on...
Got an update for you guys! Got the face plate fairly smooth, but not as great as I would like it to be. I had a little time to get some things done while the forums were down though. Here are some pics to show.
It was a moderate to easy pep. A lot of little pieces. Kind of time...
Thanks for the compliments. I'm also currently in the process of pepping the rest of the armor as well. So many little paper pieces lol. I'll get more photo's up later.
@SteveJ - I don't plan on making any molds as of yet. Just want to get it done first lol

It took me a couple of days to pep my first helmet. I rushed and it looked like crap lol. I wouldn't put a time frame on it, just stay consistent as you go and you'll get amazing results, I'm sure. Looks great so far though!
Thank you for all of the compliments guys! I spent a lot of time fixing up this armor and I'm very pleased with the results.
@ Sniperbaas392 - The under suit is a Thor dirt biking armor. It was actually really affordable (around $80).
@ Sigma-LS - Yes, it is a Rubies! lol. I know, hard to...
The painting process was actually fairly quick. It took me about 2 weeks to complete (keeping in mind that I work full time and only have limited time to work on armor). So a few hours a night for a couple weeks isn't that bad. That includes shipping for the visor I bought on eBay, and the...
All the prep work that went into the costume was primer and paint. I didn't seal any edges or anything like that. The helmet was the only thing that gave me any trouble. It just needed to be taped in certain areas. As for the undersuit, it's motorcycle armor. It is definitely more...
