Wow, I really really like this! I love the paint job. Although, the one thing I've always hated with scratch paint jobs is that it makes it look a little tacky and used. But since thats the look you went for I think it is awesome. Have you used Rondo before? If not then this is an awesome job...

Best thing as stated before is get yourself Pepakura Designer from the website. You can use most of the tools necessary without a Password/key. Although, if you are intent on making lots of replicas etc then get yourself a key, well worth it in the future!

Cheers Weeds This is the kind of helmets padding I was looking at. Hoping it would be possible to make it with the cheek padding etc. Almost like the full helmet padding not just head like a pedal bike helmet. Sorry, this is dragging on. And If I do end up making my own padding I'll tutorial it!
