You should probably get started on the build before posting a thread. The mods will get mad at you for some reason.

EVA foam is magical. It took me only 2 days to do my mk v with it. Took all 24 hours, but still pretty fast.

Some of the concept pictures had pretty awesome shoulder pauldrons and such. Those seem pretty unique, as nobody has made one yet.

When i did my rigging i used some of those work kneepads and velcro'd the knee plate on. The kneepad held itself onto my skinny monstrosity of a knee pretty well and it was somewhat comfortable. I would recomend it.
