Funny thing is they actually aren't aqua colored led's I took thin plastic sheets and spray painted them blue and cut them out to fit the led spot on the thighs.
Agreed. I'm going to keep the biceps the way they are. The forearms are definitely too small. Those are on my list of things to do. I'm going to use one of the newer files, I just didn't have enough time to finish new ones. Also, I will begin working on Kat armor for my girlfriend as my friends...

Cardboard would definitely work. I used cardboard and rondo to fill in the open space. For my shoulder I made it around 10 inches and trimmed down the sides so I could move my arm around.

The Blue I am using is called deep blue, glossy and I use a 320 grit block to dull it down a little so it isn't so shiny.

Oh, that piece. I decided to make it all rounded right there with the black and yellow on the sides. I may go back and make it more angled later. Not sure though
