well its been quite a while since i made an update, not sure if anyone is even checking the forums anymore.
well i made a lot of progress in the past few months, i have almost everything fiber glassed and ready for the bondo stage.
here are some pictures

still trying to get the thighs sized right, they are such a pain!

and last test fitting it all, i did have to cut the torso to try it on, it does have a layer of fiberglass resin and im sure i could get the fiberglass in there without messing things up.
hopefully i can get this thing done soon. i hope you all didn't give up on your projects.
