Somewhere there is a pepakura version of Sparky, use the search function, it may help, although obviously sparky has a much more complex bumpmap that just the geometry files, but it will give you a good idea of what its like.

Thanks, I actually have the pepakura version of Guillty Spark, but I needed to know how big to make him for the replica (2 foot diameter). I am actually considering making a foam version of him first. There is a craft store near me that has everything I need. They have foam spheres that will be immensely helpful in making him, seein that he is basically a small sphere encased in segments of a larger one.
